Studio Rules

  1. Reservations: All studio rentals must be reserved and paid for in advance.
    • Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation.
    • Time lost due to late arrival will not be compensated.
  2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time will result in a 50% refund. No-shows will NOT be refunded.
  3. Studio Use: The studio is to be used only for legal activities. No illegal or illicit activities are allowed.
    • Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.
    • Food and drinks are not allowed on the studio floor.
    • The use of smoke bombs is not allowed inside the studio.
    • Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to touch any studio equipment.
    • Well groomed and well behaved pets are allowed at an additional charge of 5 euros. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets including hairs shed
    • Pets are not allowed on studio furniture
    • Any damage caused during the use of the studio will be fixed by the rentee/client.
    • Please leave the studio clean and tidy after use.
    • Please keep noise levels to a minimum
    • The studio has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
  4. Makeup Area:
    • Makeup should be done only in the designated area.
    • All makeup tools and supplies should be cleaned up and put away after use.
  5. Photography Equipment: All photography equipment is available for use free of charge except otherwise stated.
    • All equipment rentals must be reserved and paid for in advance.
    • Please only use the equipment that you are familiar with. If you are unsure about how to use any equipment, please ask for assistance.
    • Any damage caused to equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the rentee/client.
  6. Damage: Any damage during the use of the studio will be fixed by the rentee/client.
  7. Liability: The studio is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss of personal property during the use of the studio.
    • It is the responsibility of the rentee/client to inform other parties (photographers, makeup artists, clients, models, guests) who will be present at the studio about these rules.
  8. Studio Hours: The studio is open at the following times:
    • Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
    • Weekends: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

By booking a session with our studio, you agree to abide by these rules. Any violation of these rules may result in cancellation of the booking or refusal of future bookings.
